I hired my first business coach over twenty years ago.  At that time, I was just beginning to understand the power of coaching in a business context.

I have always appreciated how a coach can help elevate athletic performance.  As it turns out, a coach can also help lawyers to develop their marketing and leadership skills. A coach can help lawyers gain greater clarity about their careers and in turn, achieve greater career satisfaction.

I’ve come to realize that stories are the best way to explain how coaching can help. So I have created a “one-pager” (it’s actually three pages), which describe some of the coaching work I’ve done in the last three years. You can read it here.
