Like most lawyers, I’m not particularly comfortable with self-promotion.

But over the years, I’ve become more confident in the value I deliver when I’m coaching attorneys. And I appreciate the importance of telling others.

So I’m very pleased to share that, for the second year in a row, I’ve been ranked #1 in all three of my categories in the Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly Reader Rankings Awards:

🏆 #1 Lawyer Outplacement Service
🏆 #1 Executive Coaching
🏆 #1 Business Development Coach

I’ve consistently ranked #1 or #2 in these categories since 2021, but sweeping all three for two consecutive years feels particularly gratifying.

More than anything, I’m grateful.

Thank you to the clients, colleagues, friends, and Lawyers Weekly readers who voted for me and who continue to put their trust in me.

I feel very fortunate to spend my days helping lawyers navigate career transitions, build their practices, and become more effective leaders.

And now, having temporarily overcome my aversion to self-promotion, I’ll get back to coaching and sharing with you, in this space, ideas to help you build your own career satisfaction.
