Fee agreements are the cornerstone of any legal practice. Drafted properly, they increase the likelihood that you will get paid for your services in a timely fashion. Good fee agreements decrease the chances that you will get into a dispute with your clients or with the Board of Bar overseers, and they can even be an effective marketing tool as well.
